Time Trials and Triathlons have Top Spots for Peaks Athletes

Mike Adams-7th Place at Texas State TT Championships-

age category 50-59 

Mike raced the Texas State TT this past Saturday, battling serious winds and rain to finish in 7th place. Mike said the competition was extremely tough this year, but Mike is looking  forward to seeking his revenge at The Tour De Gruene this fall. On Sunday, Mike joined his son Cole and some fellow T Bar M Teammates to race the Cat 4 TTT State Championship. Mike and the team finished in a solid 5th place to cap an exciting weekend of racing.

Rina Nehmad-2nd Place at the Huntington Triathlon age category 35-39

Rina finished in strong 2nd place at the Huntington Triathlon, in Key Biscayne, FL. She missed the top  podium spot by .16 of a second. She posted the fastest swim and run split in her group and 2nd on the bike. Awesome Job Rina!

Carlos Salmun-11th Place at the Huntington Triathlon 40-44 age category 

Carlos took 11th place in the extremely competitive age group at The Huntington Triathlon in Key Biscayne, FL.

Terry Rychilk

Terry Rychilk - Completed Ironman Lake Placid

Terry battled the other 2000 competitors to a strong finish in his first Ironman in 12:57. Ironman Lake Placid, the notoriously difficult Ironman because of the amount of climbing on the bike leg was a challenge, but Terry stuck to his plan and finished strong. Terry has already signed up for Ironman Texas next May. Way to hang tough Terry!

David finished with a strong TT  time of 0:56:38.24.  Great job David!
