Sam Schultz - Awesome World Cup Race
Had a killer weekend at the World Cup (#6 Nove Mesto na Morave, Czech Republic) on Sat with his best finish ever. He was the first American and finished 15th, just under 4 min off lead. He had a crazy lead up to the race as he was recovering from a cold and then his bike was stolen from his hotel room but recovered within a day by the Czech police.

Bruce Rychlick - Pan Mass Charity Ride - Stronger than Ever!
On Aug 5-Aug 7 Bruce traveled across Massachusetts on his bike with the Pan Mass Charity Ride but added an extra day (Friday Aug 5th) to make the PMC a longer weekend and cover most of MA! “On Saturday, I positioned my bike at the start to be right at the front… because I knew if Lance would be anywhere at the start it would be there. I was right, I was THE wheel behind him!...I stayed with his group for a lot of the first 82 miles - but at some points me and a few others just decided to ride ahead - it was too dangerous actually. And no one would pass him until we did… the pace was frenetic - just very very fast up the hills and I was able to hang - I really felt like I had wings!... This was just such an amazing culmination for me on the bike!”

Becky Smith- Completed Luray Olympic Distance Triathlon.
Becky finished the Luray Olympic Distance Triathlon on Sunday Aug 13th in Luray, VA. She described the race as one of the most challenging races she has done with the run being mostly on Gravel roads in the blaring hot sun! Despite the challenging run split, she managed to have a fantastic bike split riding just under her FTP for entire bike split and finish the race in a very respectable time. Congratulations Becky!
